Everything you need to know before you book.

Each session is 50 minutes and includes full access to the wood-fired sauna and cold plunge. Towels are not provided — please bring your own.
The sauna holds up to 15 people. Social sessions are open to individual bookings up to a maximum of 15 spots. If you'd like the sauna exclusively for your group, you can book a Private Session.
A Private Session reserves the entire sauna for your group for a single 50-minute session. The flat rate is €150 (VAT included), regardless of group size. When a Private Session is booked, no other bookings are accepted for that slot.
All bookings are made online through our booking page. Full payment is required at the time of booking via card (Stripe).
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. No refunds are issued within 24 hours of the session. Rescheduling is permitted up to 12 hours before your session, subject to availability.
Monday to Friday: 4pm – 10pm. Saturday and Sunday: 10am – 10pm. The last session starts at 9pm.
Yes, parking is available on site. [Client to confirm details.]
A towel, a swimsuit or shorts, and water. Flip-flops are recommended. We recommend not eating a heavy meal immediately before your session.
Customers must not use the sauna, ice bath or cold plunge if they are pregnant or suffer from heart or circulatory problems, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes, or if they are prone to dizziness or fainting spells. Customers are responsible for making sure they are medically fit to use the sauna and cold plunge. If you are unsure, have a medical condition, or are taking medication that may affect your response to heat or cold, please seek medical advice before booking. All guests must be 18 or older.
No. Customers must not use the sauna or cold plunge while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a session where we believe it would be unsafe.
Leave the sauna or cold plunge immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, unwell, short of breath, numb, confused, or uncomfortable. Please inform a staff member straight away.
Customers must follow all displayed instructions and staff directions when using the sauna, showers, and cold plunge. The site includes wet areas — please walk carefully and do not run, push, dive, or engage in rough play. Tampering with the stove, cold plunge equipment, showers, safety equipment, or any site infrastructure is not permitted. Facilities may be monitored and checked by staff during sessions for safety and operational reasons.
No. Sauna and cold-water use may be enjoyed as part of a general wellness routine, but our facilities are not medical treatment and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice.
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a session without refund if a customer breaches safety rules, ignores staff instructions, appears unwell or intoxicated, or behaves in a way that may endanger themselves, staff, or others.
Yes. The sauna is heated with a traditional wood-fired stove.
Yes, a cold plunge is available as part of every session.
